First day of class

I am experimenting with this blog as a way to follow up ideas from class, exchange links and ideas.

The e-reserve site for the class is here.

I am going to try using this site as a way to share links and pictures.

For instance, I mentioned Every Lawn a Garden as well as PCC Farmland Trust.

I mentioned Chef's Collaborative Farmer Chef Connection.

An issue which came up only tangentially was local foodsheds, for which the site at 100-Mile Diet is a good starting point.
